who knows...i am thinking he could have helped the C's...don't know how he fits into cleveland...but i bet money he becomes a part of their rotation

I 100% disagree with this statement.

The Celtics off season begins 7/1 not tonight.  Had the Celtics entered into this draft I would have said DA was making a mistake.  The talent is on this team to compete as long as they add two strong veterans on the bench.  Why waste that on a rookie - heck the Celtics already have too many of those to begin with.

Let's see how you feel on 8/25.

So he passes JR, TA, and Walker right away? 

And what about the SF they were talking about adding?




Celtics are best off not adding a rookie this year.

Honestly I'm perfectly fine with a 58th pick we'll stash somewhere. Doc already talked about how young the team was in the playoffs so I doubt any rookie we drafted would have played. Especially considering how little meaningful PT he gave "NBA-ready" Giddens and 2nd year Gabe.
