LOVE, love is all they need. hahah no but seriously, this team doesnt need any megatrade, we just need 2 or three good backups. We can get them by either trading expiring contract (not ray allen) or just buy some players with mle.
I would let baby walk away, hes fat and overrated. sign leon to the minimun since no team is gonna pay more than minimum for an injury prone undersize pf, resign marbury for minimun and add:

rasheed Wallace, pachulia and johnson the pg from the magic and maybe barnes or Grant hill

we have to get rid of:

Big Crybaby Davis
Maybe just maybe Scalabrine if the deal is good enough. so thats it no major trades just some additions, please do not trade rondo or allen they are very good players and essential for team chemistry.

I agree.  I think all we need to do is sure up the bench, when healthy we still have the best starting lineup in the game.  There are plenty of good veteran free agents that we can realistically require.  I'd rather reap the benefits of losing Ray's contracts off our own books instead of trading him and giving someone else that cap relief for the mega free agent season coming up.  We probably won't be able to get one of the superstars in that pool but we'll still have a lot of money to wheel and deal.
