Bottom line is, since KG's been out Paul's glaring weakness of trying to do too much 1 on 1 is obvious to everyone.  If we move the ball better, we are dangerous and Paul has a tendancy to forget this at times.  The Captain should focus on moving the ball to the open man whomever it is and make the defense work along with all of the little things we all know he can do. 

Be a lock down defender.  Rebound at a higher level.  Jump passing lanes.  Dig at the ball on drives when not in foul trouble.  Get the hustle plays at crucial times.  This is what we need from the Captain.

I don't think its his reluctance to pass thats been the problem. The problem is the team falling asleep on the isos and Pierce turning it over on the double teams.
