He has greatly improved his stock for this off season, but personally I hope he doesn't go anywhere. I absolutely love his game. A Rotation of KG, Powe, and Big Baby could be deadly for years to come. Also, Tony Allen has been playing very well since coming back from injury minus his outing in Cleveland but that wasn't good for anyone.
CB Draft - New York Knicks
PG: George Hill / Nate Robinson
SG: Dwyane Wade / Gerald Henderson / Christian Eyenga
SF:  Grant Hill / Paul George / Earl Clark
PF:  Kenyon Martin / Jordan Hill / (Earl Clark)
C:   Greg Oden / Kurt Thomas / Hilton Armstong

As good as he become he still rebounds like a guard, and shoots fairly low percentage. The positive is his much improved shooting touch and inside game, and his hustle is still 100%. It's going to be interesting to see what Ainge decides this summer on who to bring back Powe or BBD or both

For a jump shooting PF that takes 60% of his shots as jump shots, I am not sure we can categorize Glen Davis as a player that shoots a low percentage anymore. Over the last 4 months of the season, a span of 45 games he played in, Davis shot 159 for 339 or 46.9%. For a jump shooting big man that's not bad. Other players that this year were right around that 47% shooting number and took a similar percentage of their shots as jump shots were former All-Stars Andre Iguodala, Zidronis Ilgauskas, Antawn Jamison, David West and future All-Star Michael Beasley. Would anyone categorize those players as shooting a low percentage?

I do agree though that Davis needs to improve his rebounding. His per 40 numbers were pretty low for a big man and they were pretty consistent which means that even with the increase in playing time as the season progressed, he didn't get any better there. But Davis this year came back and got his conditioning and shooting in much better shape at the end of this year as they were last year and improved his defense as well. If he can come back next year and improve other parts of his game while maintaining the parts he has improved on, he will be a very effective and important role player for this or any other team in the league.

I think maybe I just need to look myself in the mirror and admit maybe I have a subtly unconscious dislike of obesity cause I just can't bring myself to really like him. I never thought of Tractor Trailer as a good player or ever thought he would be and when I look at Baby that's what I see, just defying that and I keep thinking something like "This won't last much longer" but it does.

Then I really dislike his attitude too. He seems cartoonish and not intense at all. I like guys like Powe that seem like they'd punch their mothers in the face for a rebound and Baby just seems  like he'd rather charm and flatter a guy for a rebound.

You know how rights movements for the obese claim that there's just a prejudice against them and that people feel like it's totally their fault and that if they're fat then they must not be hard workers? That's exactly how I feel about him. I'm like "well if he's so good why can't he lose 30 pounds?"

It makes me feel bad about myself but i won't lie about it

Why don't we see what kind of playoffs Davis has before we jump to conclusions about his future. He had a very good regular season, but let us see what he can do without playing behing Garnett in the post season.
