The C's sneeked by the Sixers with a picture perfect finish from Sugar Ray and great clutch play from BBD and PP.  We honestly played poorly except for the 1st quarter and the last 2 minutes of the game.  However, we are down some bodies including the glue of the team in KG, so a tight one was inevitable in what many of us called a trap game.

But here was my sudden epiphany:  The Fakers have won modestly over the awful Knicks and the struggling Raptors (granted without Bynum, but they might as well get used to that) and what did it take to get it done?  Kobe had to play out of his mind both nights while everyone else is slowly learning to just stand and watch.  The Cavs could be slipping into some of this as well, although at least LeBron gets his assists in.

If these teams start to rely so heavily on their big guns to just pull a rabbit out of their hats against the defense of the C's, I love where this is going.  Am I seeing a real positive for us in the way this is trending or am I just wearing the ole green tinted glasses I borrowed from Tommy?

Is it tomorrow yet?  Beat LA!

I've noticed that trend too. Its a good sign for the C's. I hope KG is back and in good form tomorrow, because if he is I have a feeling we'll paste the Fakers.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

If we play team ball on offense and hold Kobe around 20 or so...we win in a landslide.  I mean, who else is going to score consistently on us, Odom?  Ha ha ha.  ;D

And cut down on the ****' turnovers.   >:(

I don't really know how I feel..we were playing great at the begginning of this streak just tottally smoking teams, the last few games we havent exactly been playing great.  Alot of our guys are sick and KG has missed some games and as far as I know is still questionable for the lakers game....I think its coming at a bad time honestly, still slightly optimistic but I really have no gut-feeling on this game.
Better win  :P otherwise celtics will be pronounced dead, a 2nd streak would be downed by the lakers and if we do meet in the finals they will be confident in winning at our place
When you got it going, you got it going. I just keep my focus down the stretch. That's when I want the ball. I'm just not afraid to fail."-PaulPierce

Our games are once again becoming mere formalities, though the players don't play like that.

Their effort night in night out is the same and thus it converts into guaranteed wins for us.

At our best we're unbeatable, over 7 games, no team will come close.

I'm loving our form heading into the All-Star break.

While you may be 100% correct in everything you said...you just pooed on my green parade.  Thanks for the reality check though.  I am just soooooo wanting us to be sharp tonight so that we don't give them confidence for a potential future matchup.
