Phil: Ok guys I'm a hall of fame coach with a great winning percentage and tons of wins under my belt.  I drew up this play to win us a close one, follow it and the win will come to us (zen like)
Kobe: Coach I'm going to do whatever I want to ; get me the ball, I really don't care about winning but ME.  I wonder how much europe would pay me  ::)
