Yesterday I somehow found myself on Curt Schilling's blog site; 38Pitches.com, which sometimes can be an interesting read. Scrolling down I read an interesting tidbit about the Red Sox blog site Sons of Sam Horn, or SOSH as many refer to it as.
Schilling was tipping his cap and singing the praises of SOSH and it's members for recently raising over $60,000 for ALS research. 60 grand raised by a single sports blog community.
I am not a huge fan of SOSH, I find the site a bit arrogant (although I love the Sox as much as I love the Celts) but I want to join Curt in saying that I think what they did as a community.
Well done SOSH members, you should be proud of your efforts and your community. TPs for all of you.
