He's doing what's best for him (his family?!?) and as allways James conducts him self in a very professional maner when around the media (prolonged contact with shaq will do that to a person) i do not believe James thinks less of us as fans or the city of Boston, because he didnt get that big contract from us he really desired and most likely thinks he diserves after his preformance this year.

There's just more to the puzzle than james at this point in time and more importantly the not so distant future.
Im sure Danny Ainge is doing whats in our best interrest, and James is taking care of his best interrests. its a nasty sitiuation for a fan to be caught in the middle of this no mans land of misinformation, rumors and a severe lack of trust worthy information.

Hopefully this will get resolved sooner, rather than later. I doubt half of us here can endure another week of this Free Agent circus.

You're way too worried about a bench player.  Last I checked, we live in Ameriaca, where getting yours is the American thing to do.  Show me the fan who would take less money when they're at the end of their career.  If another company would offer you a million more in guaranteed money, you'd take it too.  Don't fool yourself.  Money talks, and you would walk for it.  The only difference between your job and Posey's is you don't have an "fans".
