I don't much care about the Knicks now that Isiah is gone.  I wanted them to be beyond miserable while he was there.

Now I just want them to be mediocre   ;D

Although... they do still have one of the most loathesome little creatures in the league in Nate Robinson, so I take it all back.

Let 'em suck and suck hard for a good long while.

My hatred for the Knicks started during the early '90s when we blew a 2-0 lead on a best of 5 series to them (think it was the 1990 playoffs, correct me if I'm wrong). I never stopped hating on the Knicks since then. I also remember during the Ewing days in the '90s that the Knicks regularly spanked us year after year. Recently though, it has been our turn to embarass the Knicks for at least 4 times a year and I've never been happier since. Blowing out the pathetic Knicks never gets old with me  ;D. After the Lakers, the Knicks top off my hate list.

Thanks to Isiah, we have been humiliating the Knicks during his entire stay there. Hopefully, with the Big 3 around, we will continue this trend in the years to come.

I hate bad teams period. World is littered with talent, and few roster spots in the NBA to accommodate them. What this does is that it keeps underperforming, unready players playing in the league, taking roster spots because of their potential, while others that simply suck are kept around because of contract obligations.

It's time to bring a farm system to the NBA. Let teams pile up potential and allow them to go after skilled player that will actually take the floor and make teams competent. It's getting ridiculous with how bad some teams are these days.

Must say I'm happily surprised at the general level of hatred toward the Knicks.
I can honestly say that I feel a visceral hatred for them. I know that doesn't say much for my character, but I love it when the Knicks suck, for so many reasons.
Everything from the game Tommy sometimes refers to when the refs made about 17 straight calls against the Celts in the 70's, to stealing Ewing in the draft, to Van Gundy's thugball, to the two lazy bloated frontcourt stiffs they had this year, to Isaih(but I wish they had kept him on, his reverse Midas touch was wondrous to behold).
Anyway, I put the 104-59 game from this past season onto dvd about a week ago and will enjoy watching it once or twice a year just for laughs.

I think the Knicks are on of the most overrated sports franchises ever. And I want them to fail for years to come. I could go on and on about all the reasons I don't like them.
Let them sit at the bottom and rot.

Here, here.  This thread is an absolute abomination.  Eff the knicks, I hate them and I want them to suck always.

How any real C's fan fan could feel differently is wildly beyond me.

I like New York style pizza and if your saying New York State, I like Buffalo Wings. Besides that, I can't think of much either.

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

I wouldn't mind them being just good enough to crush them in the playoffs. I'm not sure how much I enjoy them being a clown team
