What move are you referring to, Steve? The Cha-Cha move? The Salsa move? your first post today? Mentioning Artest, what's it about? G'night.

Yes, I was referring to the Artest-to-Boston idea mentioned by the OP...sorry, I should have clarified in the post, Reyquila...thanks for catching me on that one...TP for your troubles...

please no.  Not Artest.  He can single handedly destroy a teams title dreams.  Ask the Pacers.

I'd actually entertain this idea if Posey left and if it was possible.  However, he makes 8.45 million next year.  Unless the Kings are desperate to get rid of him and no one else is offering anything, the C's don't have the contracts to match-up.   Right now, without trading any of the Big Three, Rondo, or Perk, we don't have enough salary to make this trade possible even if we traded Scal, Powe, and Baby, leaving us with 6 players.

You really think that Artest would be fine with coming of the bench?
He would probably accidently K.O. Paul Pierce during the warm-up...OF EVERY GAME

it would be a change of culture...

posey runs around hugging everyone...artest would run around sucker-punching everyone.  would be interesting, to say the least.

I wouldn't put Ron Artest on my fantasy team let alone my favorite NBA team.

the problem is, even if it worked out great, he would be gone at the end of the season and we would be looking for another replacement again. He is ALL about the $$$, 200%, and there is no way that he gets big $$ from us.

You should've thought about trade rules before posting this stupid idea. We could get him by offering Perk and Scal, just salary-wise.

maybe its the bean and cheese burrito I just had for lunch, but I'm not comprehending your point... first off who should of thought about trade rules?  second don't call other people's ideas stupid, its not nice... third, if you're concerned about trade rules but then say we could trade for him based off of these 2 guys' salary, then what is your first point complaining about...

I am confused, clarify if you can, I'd like to know what you're talking about

me too, I don't see your point about the trade rules and then proposing to trade away our only center for a guy who will walk when his contract is up at the end of the season
