I love Big Baby! The last time we played Cleveland in the regular season he was a human wrecking ball. He was all up in Zadrunas' jock, he smacked Varejo, Smith and wallace around like Ping pong balls and in general he just wreaked havoc against them. I can't tell you how happy I was to see him finally get burn against this team last night.

We've been kind of losing the battle physically around the glass. Not necessarily in numbers of rebounds just in physicality I've felt.

Because Cleveland is more long than strong, Big baby just manners these guys and completely disrupts them.

He also eats up so much space and just hits anyone near him that it allows Garnett to go off as well.

In addition, he knows how to space and he's an offesnive threat and he plays good team defense.

He's a good match against Cleveland. They have no big man who can handle him...at all.

I can't tell you how happy I was to see someone, anyone get in there and just be a total bulldog on the glass. I loved it when the kid "ripped" that board down in the middle of all those trees right before he did a swan dive over the top of Szerbiak.

The Baby was hungry bro!

"That infant may be a baby, but the child is a "man" in the paint."

Tommy point for Big baby last night! Like he proved against Detroit in Detroit earlier this year with a 21 point game, he is a gamer. He tends to play well in big games. He may stumble being young but overall, he's a gamer.

Here's hoping we see more of him in game 6. If I'm Doc I definately go to him. PJ with baby or Powe and baby if Big Z is out would be nice.

We are going to need his muscle to win this series and we are definately going to need it against detroit, should we get that far.

All great stuff...He was incredible last night

What's up with Perk...He is getting outhustled/worked for every rebound

Much like Sam(if he's not hittinghis shots)...when Perk isn't rebounding/blocking shots he is useless

Yeah, I don't know with Perk. He played a great game seven but has been struggling in this sereis. Worse case, maybe he has a little nagging injury?

But I can say this. If Perk played with the relentlessness of Big Baby every time he walked on the floor and had Big baby's feet, he might be Bill Russell.

I haven't heard anything about any injuries so I'm just hoping he snaps out of it.

I was wicked nervous when doc put him in with a lil under 3 to go in the third, but once he got that nice position on that lay-in i could tell he was going to be alright.  I also listened to a lil of the game on the radio and Grande around the end of the first quarter was pleading for doc to get Perk out of there.

I love BBD playing with KG. Two passing bigs makes for great ball movement and more highlights! I wish Doc would go to him more often. My feeling is that in the 1st quarter, if Doc decides to take Perk out before Kg, BBD should replace him. With that being said, if KG comes out first, I like the Powe/Perk combination. Just an observation from watching them playing together.

I just love when he flipped over Wally to save him from being completely flattened. That was one of those plays where you couldn't help but laugh, he was playing with such enthusiasm.

Yes Celtic, it was, arguably, the single greatest moment of the entire NBA season for me. I've saved the Tivo recording so I can watch again when I need to laugh.

I was rolling, just about fell off my chair when I saw that.

The best part was that only seconds before that he had landed completely flat our on his back deep in the lane.

In all seriousness, I really hope he gets extended minutes in game 6, he could be a key with really hammering their bigs. They don't have a Maxiell to answer him. Even Maxiell can't deal with baby.

Baby was awesome. And he was introduced to the game at a good time (unlike game 4). When he checked in, i thought, OK lets see what he's got. Whereas in game 4 I was frustrated that he was being introduced so late in the game, and at a time when the C's were sputtering.

Give him minutes early. He doesn't need many either.

Big Baby is certainly a human wrecking ball. It's funny to see all of the bodies that go flying when he is in the game. His size alone contributes a lot to our defensive presence. On more then one play Lebron drove the lane and pulled up a little early around the basket to avoid Big Baby and missed an easy 2-3 foot shot.

I think the new term for a player like BBD is called "Man Child"...would be nice to see him play in the paint more.As Tommy stated,we need to "lay some wood in the paint" ,every once in awhile. That sends a message for those little guys who come in the paint. They will think a little harder, before coming in there,if BBD,Perk give a few hard fouls.
