"50 wins in a gap year."  - I love it.  He's showed so much poise and leadership this year.

Should be proud. He did what he?s done every year, improve his game.  Hope he?s healthy over the next two two weeks. Get 55.

love how they've played this year, especially JB.   Can't help but notice the complete lack of someone's posts that "JB doesn't contribute to winning".  pretty hard to argue with the results this year although I'm expecting any day now for someone to make a post about the team's record when JB sits and how they're better when he's not playing   ::)

Haters going to hate.  Jeff Goodman is probably still advocating we trade him.  JK

You might as well say Beetlejuice three times to summon him to the thread.

Yeah. Remember like 20 years ago when all we had was counting stats, and we needed to rely on the eye test to see which guys were empty stat guys and which contributed to winning?

I get the feeling that "advanced stats" still have a blind spot for some players. I think Brown is one of those players.

The appeal to advance stats is just the new version of the old talking heads who would say "David Lee averages 20 and 10 a game! He's a winner!"
