At least a 10 day contract while Hauser is out?  Then see where things are at after that?

Still surprised no team has picked him up.

10-day contracts aren't allowed until January, I believe.

I thought it was after the guarantee date a week or so into January.  Regardless, he could be signed now to a non-guaranteed deal and cut later, similar to a 10-day.  But Hauser is essentially day-to-day, and I like giving Walsh a little run.  He?s certainly competent defensively.
