I have no idea what modern medicine would do with his foot problems but if something could be done he'd be an absolute monster in today's NBA with his ability to pass on offense and protect the rim on defense.

You’ve reminded me about Ralph Sampson.

Just look at what sports science has done for Embiid and what it’s doing for Wembanyama.

He was also massively misused in his career, simply because coaches didn’t know how to use a big guy like him who wanted to handle the ball and shoot, instead of pounding the ball in the paint.
