NBA rescindes tech on Doncic so he won’t be suspended

I’m ok with Silver fixing TB mistake ,  he just needs to fire Brothers to show he wants to fix the broken NBA referees system.  Remove the scum out from the former regime .  Obvious wrongs that are on purpose should be dealt with and dirty refs throw out .
