It was time for him to go. I will always think highly of him because he's clearly a good dude and is superhero jacked.

Good luck Semi.

I wanted us to keep him. People were saying that Semi ain't an NBA-caliber player. Well, it turns out he's good enough to play for the reigning champs. Very useful 3+D swing. The guy always plays within his role. Sure, he cannot put the ball on the floor. Who cares? He shouldn't be on the ball anyway. He's a role player. All you want him to do on offense is space the floor. I reckon the Bucks signed him to be Tucker's replacement. Tucker cannot put the ball on the floor either. He's a very limited player on offense, yet he's still valuable. The same goes for Semi. I bet his 3P% will rise significantly now that he'll be playing alongside Giannis.

I'm happy for Semi. The Bucks are the perfect situation for him.

He’s great within the confines of his role and good value at $1m. It’s when people expect him to be more that they get disappointed. He’s a great end of bench guy who can defend multiple positions ans hit the occasional 3.

Great signing for Milwaukee.

I can't believe we let Semi go. He was the only end of rotation bench player who actually knew how to do his job and do it well.

I bet they signed him because he was decent defender on Giannis in the past.   When I say decent, I mean he could stay with him and make things difficult for him and keep him around  30 points because no one can truly lock him down.

Good luck to him

I would not be surprised if the Bucks make better use of him on offense.  he showed an occasional ability to drive to the basket but never did it enough here to be helpful --> I suspect much of it due to Brad's offensive scheme.   I don't think he'll average double digits but would not be surprised to see him avg 6-7 points a game if he's in their rotation
