Look, like most if not all of you, I had no illusions going into the Nets series.  The loss of Brown only exacerbated our plight.

But I'll be [dang]ed if we are going to just sit there and take it.

Punch them in the mouth.  Maybe not literally. But don't let KD and his mates punk you like that.  When Fournier called out Durant for what he is, not a single Celtic came to his defense. Back up your teammates, fellas.

Punch them in the mouth.

When the Lakers threatened to run away with the '84 series, what did McHale do?

He body slammed Kurt Rambis.  It turned that series on a dime. Not saying that will happen here. I doubt it. But it sure would get the fans behind you again. As of now, the team looks pathetic.

The Nets are acting like bullies out there.  Smack 'em.  Sure, you'll get a tech; you may get thrown out of the game.

Go down swinging, baby!!

This series may still end with a sweep.  But I'll be [dang]ed if we are going to be their you know what's.

Get really physical with Durant. He weighs 190 lbs soaking wet.  (Allow me to exaggerate). Knock him on his butt.  Again and again.

Show some heart.  That's all we ask for as fans.

TP!!!  My thoughts exactly!  As I was watching the game last night, I was hoping for a Bad Boys attitude.

Not this soft team. Remember Fournier is a new addition, that is why he spoke up. Give him time and he will soften just like the homegrown ones. Now that he has learned that none of the softies will back him up, he will keep quiet and collect his checks until he can get out of dodge.

It probably ends up in a sweep with the Cs falling over each other to get in line to kiss Kyrie. And Kemba cheesing all the way to the bank.

Just re-watched the Fournier-Durant dust up.  Kyrie comes in after, mouths off a bit to Fournier and gives him a somewhat gentle push-off on Fournier's front shoulder.  Smart is arriving at the same time and puts a friendly hand on Kyrie's back.

Then as the free throws ensue - you can see Kemba smiling wide ear to ear.  Really dude? - you're down big in the playoffs and your teammate just got into it with KD, who's the quintessential front-running jerk, who also just poked out the eye of your team's best player.  And Smart?  If he's our resident tough guy - we're in trouble.  Didn't feel like anyone really had Fournier's back there.

This team collectively just doesn't have it. Fine with them losing and no one realistically expects them to beat the Nets.  But show some effort and pride, at the very least.  It's a pretty disappointing showing to a disappointing season.

They don’t like each other. Play close attention to Tatum and Brown interaction during games...no chemistry. Blow it up. Tatum is probably looking to jet at the earliest opportunity.

too bad marvin barnes passed way, right? maybe the celtics could have resigned him for this series.

"From high school on he had run-ins with the law; in college he attacked a teammate with a tire iron, was given a probationary sentence and was later sent to prison after he was caught at an airport with an unloaded pistol in his luggage, violating the terms of his probation."

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Kemba grinning ear to ear when we are getting our ass handed to us is disgusting for sure. And yea KD pretty much just been roughing up Tatum with not one of our guys being physical in any way back. No hard fouls or screens nothing. Nobody showing any dog or fight. Everybody getting manhandled and smiling about it. This is where a guy like Morris would actually be a positive he wouldn’t be taking this Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline.

I sure do miss the playoff success Morris guarantees, just look at the Clippers!

The guy we should actually be missing is Baynes. Hard (sometimes illegal) screens, and always put his big frame in the way. Thompson is not nearly as physical as him
