Ownership:
Step 1: Wyc & Co. Bring in Kevin Garnett as a minority partner. Given he just lost a bid for T Wolves he could still be open to entering ownership group.
Front Office:
Step 2: Bring in Ujiri as President of Operations. Ujiri isn’t afraid to make big go for it moves.
Step 3: Upgrade Zarren to GM. Zarren is a genius who has familiarity of Celtics org.
The above moves not only help with a change of mindset with respect to player acquisition and team building but it also goes a long way in helping to rid the orientation of the diversity, equity and inclusion (ahem racist culture) stigma with the Celtics and Boston.
CBS has one more season under the new front office to get with the program. If he doesn’t we rip and replace.
