Maybe have Smart run the team only meeting so we can get this team back on track for the number 1 seed this year.

No it wouldn't help. These are grown men (or at least pretending to be) who should be able to motivate themselves without having to fabricate their energy via team meeting.

Also, any team that has Smart running the team meetings is doomed to begin with.

The players only meetings lose their effect after the first 2.

This team has no leadership. Tatum is what a new age Prima Donna looks like. Some weird combination of stoicism and shot jacking. Are Seneca and Marcus Aurelius required reading at Duke?

I do not want Smart running any kind of meeting. He's been the number 1 culprit in terms of showing no leadership nor accountability
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

The Jays need a solid veteran leader , or what I hoped Hayward could or would be .

Kemba is a great or nice role model , but not such a great leader.  He has to score at a great clip to help the J’s ,   The scoring punch iS JUST NOT THERE To get it done if he making only a few baskets a game .
