Stevens needs to commit to allowing some players to evolve. He seems to want to wait for someone to become obviously better.

Robert Williams or Tristan Thompson
Payton Pritchard or Jeff Teague
Grant Williams or Semi Ojeleye
Aaron Nesmith or Javonte Green

Stop vacillating and pick one from each of the above.

Yes, sometimes one guy plays better than another, but the team needs consistency. Stop splitting the baby, and play someone in a consistent role for 10-15 games, and maybe they will actually evolve. If someone is hurt, then the other guy plays, but otherwise, choose.

I think it would be clearly better to choose Robert Williams and Payton Pritchard, but it probably doesn't matter with the other two pairs who it is. Just choose.

Preach . But I think Rob is a bad fit for Stevens. His defensive schemes ( and our d has been really good except this year) . I bet Rob would be getting minutes if he was playing in a defense like Indy on his way doing the same exact things Myles Turner is doing defensively. I wish we would keep him but with Brad I think we should move him. Although I’ve wanted to move on from Brad for years. Just an opinion. I know the arguments for Brad. I just personally hate the way we play on offense and the equal opportunity stuff .
Lol picking Timelord over Brad 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I don’t like Brad’s style of offense. Not saying I know more than Brad. As I said, Brad’s defensive teams have always been good except this year so far. Timelord just does t fit in my opinion. Brad’s d is more switchable defenders that try to keep the big men out of the paint entirely. I’m making a comparison that Timelord can be a Turner type defender in a different scheme. I don’t want to change everything for Robert Williams. But I appreciate the crying laughing emojis. Ugh. Gross.

Not if you ever want to win a title with Tatum and Brown.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner

What we need to presumably lose after a round or two of the EC playoffs? Sure.

What we need to beat the Lakers? Um, no.
