Pretty awesome stuff from Tacko tonight!
There are two kinds of people: those who say to God, 'Thy will be done,' and those to whom God says, 'All right, then, have it your way.'

You don't have a soul. You are a Soul. You have a body.

A Tacko concern/thought: He seems (understandably) to be putting in effort in all aspects of his game.  But despite nice performances like yesterday, I can't help feeling that he looks like a guy whose ceiling as an all-around player is essentially - OK at everything, but not really good consistently at anything. I think ultimately that's a pretty low value bench player.  I wonder if focus on a particular skill with 100% intentionality would make him a more valuable player as a constant contributor, change of pace guy, in specific circumstances.  Play 17 minutes one night and 3 the next, but do that one thing (e.g. inside presence/ shot-blocker?) really well. Maybe that's the plan - strengthen general skills and then specialize?    Ball in his hands seems pretty unsteady.  A little hard to believe that no one knocked the ball away on his drive.  Maybe they wanted to see it themselves.

Excellent breakdown.

On offense "unsteady" is a good description. In college, however he was steadier with the ball.

Hopefully, he continues to mesh with the guys on the floor which is difficult because he never plays. This season a good number of passes made to Tacko were mishandled because he's never played in a NBA game with the guy who is passing to him.

Tacko and Waters are in good sync on the court because they played a ton of minutes in G league together.

To your points. He is a shot blocking specialist who switches everything up for the opposing offense when he plays. He has 33 minutes this season. Last season he had 32 minutes.

Underneath Tacko is a major event in an NBA game, just wonder if they can exploit his skills when he won't be getting minutes..

Um, he is pretty consistently well above average at blocking shots and make people adjust their attempts at the rim.
