Seems to be a lack of heart/pride. We no longer play stifling, swarming defence - we play lazy defence, overhelping and cheating off of shooters, mindlessly double-teaming and not communicating on screens, all leading to wide open shots. Our offence is just as disjointed, no ball movement at all. Sort of just alternating isolations where one of JT/JB/Kemba gets a screen to try and create a mismatch, and regardless of whether they get it the play remains the same.

Just a headless chicken of a team

Your stars got paid without winning squat. There is no motivation to do anything. In the NBA no incentive to win other than personal accolades.
