Nesmith - Up (my guy all the way)
Pritchard - Up (I wanted Maledon, but I’m happy with PP)
Trading 30th pick - Down, but not due to Bane.  (I wanted Tillman or Carey)

Tristan Thompson - Up, but not as much as others
Teague - Up.  All-in.

Sticking with Semi, Green and Edwards - down.  I think we should have signed Boogie, Shaq Harrison, and Korver

Not offering Hayward $30 - up
Not accepting Turner + DM + #1 - down
Trading two #2s for the trade exception - up

What's the criteria for up or down?  I don't think Nesmith was a bad choice at #14 but I would have taken Poku.  So is that an up or a down or can I say mixed?

Basically it is a like or dislike type of thing, but feel free to add whatever qualifiers you want. This is about looking back where we were a year or even longer from now.

Up - new additions (Teague, Neismith, Payton, TT)
Down - Can’t build continuity with Kemba at PG.  And sadly, that’s not going away..
Down - no “alpha” in our team (by that I mean; it has to be Jaylen or Kemba or Tatum)
Down - bench still a work in progress.  It costed us a trip to the finals.  Won’t know how improved it is until we have the full complement of player available.  Oh, and that’s a problem.  Can’t count on Kemba playing more than half a season or full playoffs from now on.

I expect Chemistry issues the entire season.

Nesmith - Down (I would've taken Pokusevski and had Saddiq Bey as a better option as well)
Pritchard - Up (I liked Pritchard pre-draft and had him mocked there, fine pick)
Trading 30th pick - Down (didn't agree we couldn't bring in another rookie)

Tristan Thompson - Up (okay move, might be important if Theis leaves at the end of the year)
Teague - Up (he looks better than I though he would)

Sticking with Semi, Green and Edwards - Down (waste of roster spots i.m.o)

Not offering Hayward $30M - Up (in principle yes, but I might like his contract more than Kemba's)
Not accepting Turner + DM + #1 - Down (absolutely, take a decent offer instead of getting basically nothing)
Trading two #2s for the trade exception - Up (we need to make use of that TPE, so yes necessary move)

I'm definitely up on Nesmith.  Remember I won the draft contest picking him at 14.
I really like PP and see him as Kemba's backup before the year is out.
Teague was a good signing but I think I will prefer PP, see above.
I'm up on TT and can't wait to see him in the lineup, although I still believe we need more length at center.
I'm up on not having spent a bundle on Hayward.
I'm really down on Edwards.  Needs to be the first to go when someone else is added to the team.
