Bottom line is right now the team is not as good talent-wise as it was at the end of the bubble. That's on the GM so I give him a C-.  Depending on unproven NBA players to be part of your rotation never works and there's a huge hole with Gordo gone.  Teague helps that a bit - but not enough.

I'm not a big fan of Teague, but he's certainly better than Wannamaker. It's a small victory, but a victory none-the-less.

Add to that Hayward is injury prone so you can't count on him. I would say MUCH better TT is a beast! and Teague can flat our play.

Last season the Celtics bench struggled anytime one of their top 5 perimeter players were out. Since Hayward is no longer on the team, the Celtics will need more shot creation off the bench.

Teague will create shots in transition by pushing the pace, create in the pick and roll and help his bench teammates get quality looks. We still need to add a veteran wing but Teague is a step in the right direction towards fixing the bench scoring issues.
DKC:  Rockets

Hayward was hurt for most of the bubble including the end of the bubble, so I'm not sure how the talent diminishes.

Offensive output declines significantly - and nights when 2 of Tatum/Brown/Kemba are cold are likely to be losses regardless of the opponent.  There's no one to bail them out.  You're also removing your best passer which makes the other guys easier to guard - especially when 2 of them - Tatum and Smart aren't exactly willing to move the ball.

This team's ceiling with the current roster is 4th in the conference - and the floor is probably 6th or 7th.  And if Tatum or Brown goes down they may not even be a .500 team.
