Nets.  I would think in a vacuum Shamet has more value than 19. Clippers ended up with Kennard, which seems like fair value.  Detroit gets another pick for a guy they clearly didn't like long term in Kennard.  Seems like a pretty balanced trade on the whole.

It was about to be time to pay him and he was gonna get $12 million plus. Detroit balking at that is interesting.

Underutilized and wrongly benched in favour of Marcus Morris in LAC. Solid deal for LAC to get Kennard. Hopefully they'll treat him with more respect than they did Shamet.
