Last year when Timelord was so totally lost.I blamed management for not having a support system to integrate rookies .Boston moved quickly though, supplying a lifestyle coach with an apt 5 minutes from practice facility this allowed Williams to grow up and into NBA lifestyle from the Boston bench.
There are those that write about his extensive time with Red Claws which is absurd 4 games @25 minutes per game.
This year he is surrounded by his peers and things are starting to take root.

Now we are seeing a slow approach with Romeo to his rehab and groin injury. These kids are so young coming in and the rigors of NBA schedule and having to play against men while adjusting to NBA lifestyle. Time on the bench can be quite valuable vs a tanking team just throwing those young kids out there like Phoenix and Philly .Our picks are becoming more important as we wind down from all that accumulation by Danny.

We had Tatum and Williams become fathers at a young age and the unfortunate breakdown of Bird while Jaylen earlier had his best friend take his own life. IT's sisters death, Marcus lost his mother  and recently Waters  his father.
A diva left and were gifted a leader in Walker and Hayward coming back to form with a Horford style game and leadership . Marcus the longest Celtic is the enforcer of grit and heart. We have Jaylen ,Jayson, Marcus and Semi left from all those earlier draft picks.
And Robert Williams in now coming into focus as the big for the young guys era. This is a crucial year in his future development
.Grant has to overcome his lack of athleticism and wingspan, no easy task. Carsen has always been short but has a 6-6 wingspan ,powerful lower body and can shoot from anywhere(proven on big stage). He will do fine.

.I take it, they have a large office at Auerbach Centre for a Sports Psychologist

DA did a good job of weeding out the 'bad apples' which can only have a positive effect on rookies coming in and learning the right mental attitude.  We did lost Horford and Baynes though, who are always great locker room guys.

It all comes down to this when your playing for pay.   Be professional, do your job and focus on your career and things will work out if your good enough to be in the league.   Off court distractions have always been the bane of pros and hard work and focus have been the boons.

In summer league, we began to see different parts of Williams game-one his passing , the second he jumped the lane  deflecting pass and on the run scooped up the basketball in their backcourt taking it to the hoop.I said to myself WOW that was athletic.
I was pointing out how loose and co ordinated he actually is. He caught it for taking a mid range from Morrison.
Why limit the in sync unforced mid range shot.

Both Romeo and R.Williams have the length ,skill level and youth to cultivate their games .Draftee's are going to become much scarcer going forward both of these kids fell from lottery picks.

Robert even hired a personal chef to clean up his diet and is aware of what sleep means

.I watched a what seems whole draft class go down with injuries Randle, Smart, A Gordon, ,Jabari Parker, ,N Noel ,Embid  ,Simmons  Okafor,Lavine, Winslow ,,Exum. RH Jefferson
So last year was a bonus  for his long term growth not 4 games at 25minutes per game that he played in Maine.
