I watched a lot more tape on Langford this morning (missed the local parade, LOL).

His shot is very correctable.

He really has a knack for getting to the hoop, very smooth, low to the ground, not rushing.  And is a really good finisher, and ability to draw fouls.

He should become a very productive player. A lot will hinge on fixing his outside shot.  That can take a while, so I would expect some regression in that area this season, but eventually with more summer reps (next summer) will be corrected.

I hope they use Tacko right. It's not hard too but I don't have a lot of faith on this coaching staff with how they coach bigs in the past. Tacko should be the Shaq of this generation until his knees or feet give out that is.

Tacko has none of Shaq's athleticism and none of Shaq's offensive skillset.

Where does this expectation even come from?  Dude averaged 11/7 in his senior year.  Forget Shaq.  If this dude is ever as useful as Perk, everybody should be p---ing rainbows.  The more realistic outcome is that he never really contributes.  He went undrafted for a reason.

Some people think that just because you are big, you are immediately good and should be played.

Hopefully

But even if he cant shoot the 3, still see a serviceable player off the bench in a year or two

Wonder what Stephen A Smith thinks of the Celts drafting Gwill

He was only gushing about him, pre tourney (and he was right)
