Exactly.

I never felt like Irving new what it was to be a Celtic. I think Smart/Brown/Horford get it, Hayward I think will, he had a weird season of trying to get healthy, get his game back and trying to please his teamates. I think Tatum is boardline, with Irving gone we can get him to commit to the Dark Side cookies Irving was seemingly against.

I don't agree with the idea that we need to honor Horford by trading him to a contender.  Is he an asset to this team going forward? Of course he is.

Rozier plays well when he starts.

Rozier was awful last season so I definitely understand the desire to have him gone.  But... a good stretch as a starter that is reminiscent of the last quarter/playoffs 2017-18 and most here will change their tune quickly.  He has some skill... I am dubious but not hopeless.
