Title: Barkley: "Never drink beer with Larry Bird."

This clip came across my facebook today of the TNT guys talking to Rod Strickland and they give a couple of Larry Bird stories because it's his birthday. At about 10:10 of the clip Charles Barkley says, "Never drink beer with Larry Bird. It's going to end badly. I still don't know how I got to my hotel room." The image of Bird drinking Chuck under the table made me smile.

Strickland also gives a nice little story.  ;D

I remember him mentioning this before on the Dream Team documentary a few years back, that Larry loves to drink and that Barkley couldn't keep up lol

The only reason I question this story is because Bird was too cheap to pay hotel prices for beer ;)
