Here's an interesting rule change that I want to hear some feedback on.
If a team does not get selected in the Franchise round, then none of the players on that team are eligible for later rounds. Thoughts?
Looking like we won't do salaries, though.
If we have 20 GMs. That's 10 teams that won't get picked. Lets say each team has 12 players, that's 120 players that would be ineligible. I don't think I like that idea. I think the players that are on teams that didn't get pick should all be available for the player's draft.
I'm not a huge fan, either, just because it takes a lot of interesting players out of the mix. The better the players available, the more interest there will be in later rounds, etc.
That's just my suggestion, though; you guys are in charge.
I certainly see that, but it does sort of almost weight it better to be one of the last team selections as you will get two #1's and a #2 (I mean after OKC, HOU, and MIA - in no particular order - there aren't any other teams that have two #1 type players unless you also get the #1 from another team).
