Until you come up with a strategy to keep Howard out of fouls trouble -- like he was constantly battling in the 2010 playoffs (you know, in "real life") -- I'm not too worried about it.
My strategy will involve him playing power forwards playing center...
And for as documented as his foul troubles were, they're pretty overrated: In his final nine contests in the past playoffs Dwight Howard played in over 38 minutes in EVERY ONE OF THEM.
Last time Howard played a "power forward playing center", he fouled out of two games. I'm not sure that's such a good strategy.
Also, in those games Orlando didn't have a slow, weak SF playing PF (nor did they have a defensive sieve like Antwan Jamison beside him), and they didn't have their SG releasing opposing PGs to the basket with a full head of steam.
Of course, foul trouble or not, Howard can't beat a team -- especially a team with guys like Carlos Boozer, Derrick Rose, Zach Randolph, Rashard Lewis, and Richard Jefferson -- by himself. A broken down Hedo Turkoglu and a fat Baron Davis just isn't enough help.
(By the way, who defends Boozer / Randolph -- or both -- in the 10+ minutes that Howard is sitting? Greg Monroe? An injured Ed Davis? Hedo?!?! Jamison?!!??!?!)
