Chicago because I think Jennings and LeBron will pick and roll the Bucks to death. They don't have an answer for either of those options when they need to get a stop.

The Bucks will be able to score too, but defensively Chicago can answer what they do well much better. Add in HCA and Chicago gets my vote.

This one was close, but I ended up going with Phoenix. Their obscure WWF reference convinced me that StartOrien is a man who knows what he is talking about.

Am I missing a joke here, or do we have a blogger named OTART SRIEN who has 5 posts who just voted for a blogger named Start Orien?

On Ed Davis

Quote
The Toronto Raptors announced Monday that rookie forward Ed Davis underwent arthroscopic surgery this morning to repair a meniscus tear to his right knee. He is expected to be participating in basketball-related activities within six weeks. Davis sustained the injury last Wednesday playing basketball.

Not a serious injury ... but he'll miss training camp which will set him back a ways.

Question about this:

Because it's only a 6 week injury, would he be "healthy" for my finals matchup because assumably the finals would be in June? Or do we go completely by real-time?

Its by the time the finals would be happening in our fake NBA.

So he can be assumed to miss training camp and then have played the rest of the season. So he should be healthy.

For reasons unknown to me, OTART's votes never seen to count. Personally, I think he's generally spot-on in all of his posts.
