Looks like that Kyrie phone call truly influenced LeBron.
Allegedly, this weekend, LeBron turned toward his old pal Mo Williams and called him regarding his abrupt Miami departure.
Mo, per his secretary, accepted the video phone call from his younger former teammate.
After Lebron initially spoke about his immaturity and impatience at the time, he apologized.
He also showed us his Christian values, as he said the golden word: "Sorry. Sorry, Mo. Forgive me, I was young."
Being a leader that he is, Mo accepted the apology and said that he is proud of LeBron for growing into such fine man.
"We were a 66, 61 win team, on a brink of winning cities (Cleveland) first championship ever. I felt like we were doing something historical there. Then he left. The team, the players and the fans that treated him like a god, but he left regardless. I understood that Miami is a no state tax, but I romantically thought that it was not such a big deal for him. But we are past that now, he knows what he did." - said Mo.

My reaction to all of this is that it certainly takes a man to do such a thing, something we rarely see from the men wearing purple and gold.

LeWhine left entering his prime... And won 2 titles In Miami and was a fixture in the Finals with them from 11 to 14.

IRVING left the Cavs entering his prime.... Hmmm see a pattern here.?

I'd say we would be a fixture in the Finals for the next 5 yrs.... Of course before Jaylen Brown jinxed it... Lol. 😁😂😀

Whether this begins a "call it forward" chain or it ends with Mo, the thing that makes it ring untrue to me is Lebron's acknowledgement that he was immature and wrong to leave Cleveland (where he is a god and treated as such by the fans) for Miami, but then the "mature leader" Lebron leaves Cleveland a 2nd time for LA.   To me that's salt in the wound and reflects a rather mercurial maturity.

I misread this as Rob Williams and clicked
I’m disappointed to see it’s about Maurice Williams

I can’t even tell if this is satire.

This.
I thought the part where Mo has a secretary would be revealing.
