Boston has been pretty good in these types of situations under Brad. They had to have game 5 vs the Bulls, Washington last season as well as the Bucks this season...I think if they can rebound and play legit defense they will be fine.

Rozier is a different guy in the Garden.

I sure hope so, the idea of seeing Embiid pulling his antics again just makes me mad, it's crazy how only 4 games were enough to get sick of him ! He really is Dwight 2.0, a frontrunner who trashtalks once his team is up 12 (while still being down 3-0).

Hopefully Brad has our team fired up as if they should need any help with that. Home cooking should help and we need to view this as a Game 7 as well- Cannot wait until this game starts- Super Excited!

Unbelievable !!
That’s makes things a lot harder.
Not to mention the 7 man rotation.

Yeah...have no #2 PG with Smart starting...I am not sure where they go with rotations...rozier going to have to get heavy minutes going forward...

Need Brown back in the starting line up and smart to come off the bench as the next PG...

Stevens also said Larkin will be out for the foreseeable future...that sounds like he is pretty much done.

My guess is once they get to Cleveland series, Brown returns to the starting line up with Smart off the bench as the #2 ball handler

8 man rotation:

Tatum, Horford, Brown, Baynes, Rozier, Smart, Morris and Semi...

Very thin bench...but nobody else really of value on it to help in this stage

Hopefully Larkin out won't make this a blown 3-0 series lead.

I just want to remind everybody that Shane Larkin, while a nice and admirable player, has averaged 11 minutes, 2.3 points, 1.5 rebounds, 1.3 assists in this series on 45.5% True Shooting.

The Celts won't lose this series because of Shane Larkin.

Every little bit of depth matters some, Larkin's main utility this series was his ability to bring up the ball and chase guards around screens in his minutes to give Terry/Marcus/Brown a rest.

Definitely not a deceive factor. The most random element of the C's fate is probably the combined Marci's shooting percentages.

We just have to play smart basketball tonight and limit the turnovers. I do expect Scary Terry to make a triumphant return at home again, and really we HAVE to feed Al The Beast Horford more. Guy only had 6 shot attempts in Game 4 (and made 4 of them) and had 10 points, 10 rebounds. Give Horford more shots and hopefully he gets 18-22+ points. Usually when Horford scores 18+, we win it seems.

Also, it'd actually be nice to see Morris follow up his trash talk and responses with a statement game tonight. And I think we'll get one from him!  ;D

Losing Larkin sucks, as he actually did seem to give Reddick some trouble in the perimeter (which made him put up contested threes or to go inside more, which is better than letting him hit easy threes). But as the usual all season, "next man up".

Really, as long as the stupid refs call it even and half our team isn't in foul trouble by halftime, then I really like our chances. Contain Simmons and their perimeter threats, and we're on to Cleveland! (Let Embiid get his 25-30 points, so long as the others don't go off. Also Horford needs to be aggressive against Embiid on the offensive end since he's had trouble on defense this series)

LETS GO C'S!!  8)
