I'm surprised I got so comments on the fact that this is obviously a return for the Bogut trade a few years back.

Dallas didn't have to do anything. The Warriors needed to clear cap space to sign Durant. Dallas took on Bogut's salary and injury-plagued body for peanuts and an I-owe-you.

This is clearly Golden State paying them back.

No other teams had the chance to outbid them.

The obvious answer is Charlotte as Danny got next to nothing or nothing in exchange for agreeing to the double signing and trading of Rozier to them and Kemba to the Cs. Ainge didn't need to sign and trade for Kemba, he could just have signed Kemba outright.

That sounds like a major solid right there.
