Was our defense bad or Lavine and Markannen just unstoppable?
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

There is a level of coaching where Stevens isn't reaching this team. He's a very bright guy, but something is missing. The way he reads a game and a team is off.

If I were Irving at this point I would think twice about signing here. After this loss fingers will be pointed.

You guys are overreacting.  If you think we’re not a good team based on tonight you’re daft.  Celtics are ready for the playoffs. They’ll win next two and all will be well again ::)

Tonight Robert Williams was needed on the court

Cbs doesnt give him a lick of time
needed to do what?  he wasn't going to guard Lavine or Markkannen and he wasn't going to stop those perimeter shots the Bulls were making.

What were you watching?

You know how many pts they got inside the paint?

Brad seems intimidated by his own players. He can't seem to hold them accountable. Does he ever yell? Get angry? Bench players who are playing stupid? That is what this team needs! We've seen that coddling does not lead to results - get p---ed, Brad! When the second unit was getting torched he should have swapped them out for Williams and Wanamaker and Yabusele. It couldn't have gone any worse than it did! Playing selfishly and stupidly SHOULD lose you playing time! When we were actually threatening to get back in the game WHY was Rozier subbed in? The definition of insanity is doing something over and over again and expecting different results!

Terrible. As frustrating of a Celtics season as I can remember.

Coaching staff should be getting ripped in the media (if not on the hot seat) for their utter failure to get this team going this year. That they can't even get them to play with consistent effort from game to game is beyond a failure. And this all stems from Brad failing to clarify the roles early in the season and letting this poor chemistry stew and get worse due to not holding players accountable.

Such a waste of our most talented team in a long, long time.

CBS is not motivating the team .

He does nothing to get on their rears .  Or in their EARS  >:(

Honestly this look s like poor NBA coaching to me .

A little bit of both, but many times they were hitting crazy shots over solid D. But they got going late in the first/early in the second with our terrible bench lineup out there, and we didn't adjust and just let them get into their groove, leading to the result that you just saw.

yeah, 56 to the C's 52.  If you think Williams would have made that much of a difference, you're fooling yourself.  defending his man he's ok.  help D, he needs work.  Bulls didn't have anyone working the post where he could have really helped.  he'd likely have been out of position trying to help on drives where his man would have received a pass or offensive rebound

Williams presence would have made levine, markennen, lopez think twice

Once you have the inside game (bulls)

The outside game is also there

Celtics running around like headless chickens with no inside presence
