Lakers could possibly break the 2015-2016 Warriors' 24-game winning streak. And maybe go 73-9 they look unstoppable.

No way either of those things happen.  They’ve squeaked by a bunch of games this season and there’s no way AD and LeBron play enough games this season to give them a chance at 70 wins.  I see them as getting about 60 wins if they stay healthy
FWIW their expected record is currently 61-21. Far cry from 70. The 2015-2016 Warriors had a net rating about 3 points higher. (which is a LOT)

(Based on Cleaning the Glass net rating)

Btw we're actually a darkhorse title contender right now according to SRS. No title team in the past decade or so has an SRS lower than 5 iirc, and we currently have an SRS of 6.25, good for 6th in the league and 3rd in the East (Milwaukee is 1st in both categories with an All-Time level SRS of 9.93). Obviously it's not too pretty, but this is our best SRS by far after the big three era, and we look like a fairly strong team so far.

Yup, and that's with a lot of games missing Hayward too.

Very excited about this season.

Good win from Minny over the Spurs.

Wiggins efficient, and Towns getting others involved like Okogie, Bates-Diop.

Could this be the year they finally put it together and make a playoff run?

I hope so.

LOL. Currently down double digits to the Pels

they are always down 10-25 till fourth rolls around , then Bron plays at 80-95 % to lead a comeback and win.

Oh Man, poor Kyrie. He is not taking this booing situation well. He really does need to see a therapist.

Poor dude.

I just checked the Lakers schedule. They have played 18 games including this one vs the pels. They have played five games against teams over five hundred. FIVE IN TOTAL. They are 3-2 in those games. In other words their schedule has been a marshmallow so far.

Well it's currently a one possession game despite this, and despite New Orleans' injuries, so colour me not too impressed.

90% of what he said made zero sense to me. Just really odd rambling.

Kemba has been a great replacement.  And the Celtics look like legitimate contenders.
