Another decent game for Nikola Vucevic.  He's the guy I wanted for years, and they just kept missing out.

I was listening recently to a Gilbert Arenas podcast and he was talking about matchups and back in 2008 with the Celtics. That Boston team ran through everyone except Gil's WAS team who beat them 3 out of 4 times.

66 wins 16 losses with 3 of those losses coming against the no-defense Gilbert Arenas / Antawn Jamison Washington Wizards.

Good omen? A sign this BOS team will win this year's title like the 2008 team did?

Both let down games. 1st was 3rd game in 4 nights all on the road....laid an egg. 2nd was after a 9 game win streak and first 3 day off time span in a while ..laid an egg.

Also, without Timelord, Vucevic is a bad matchup for this team.

And it's like groundhogs day, the two losses to each team were very similar.

9 out of 10 ain't.  Definitely a bit of a clunker,  but I'm more interested in seeing how they play the next game.

He usually bopped us at Orlando , even if we won big , he usually got his. 

Now …He is still bopping us from a different city.   

So, to change this , we need OUR starting center to even the play in the paint make him work  ,  or take Al Horford though a time warp 10 yrs earlier in his career .

And make no doubt about it … Lakers will give us trouble unless Timelord is playing .  AD is going full force and without Rob , he ll get 40 on these current Celtics easy.
