I hope like everyone here that Ray is not going to miss any time. The reality is that he could and probably should sit out until at least after the All Star break when we go back on the road.

Assuming Tony Allen and Brian Scalabrine are not available until we get back from our road trip due to their own injuries, who does Doc start? Who plays the bulk of the minutes?

The thing I worry most about is the extra wear and tear on Paul Pierce. He will see quite few 40+ minute nites if Ray is out. That is not good in any way shape or form, is it?

The poll is to second guess Doc, create discussion and give the winners a 'told ya so' claim if Ray is out for a short time. The winners (group that gets it right) will each get 3 TP's. If Ray misses no time then no TP's.

I'll go with Pru, he started looking more comfortable in the after a few minutes last night.  I think he wasn't quite ready to jump in last night after seeing next to no minutes lately.

Keep Eddie off the bench where we need him and see what Pru can do.

Cassell's got to see some time at some point, but throwing him in as a starter doesn't seem to make much sense.

Yup

I'll go with Eddie House. You just extend his and Rondo's playing minutes.

I'd go with Pruitt.  House has little chance to defend that starting position.

But I don't think Ray will miss any games.  He's playing tonight because he really wants to play in the all-star game.  Just like CP3 last night.  If CP3 didn't play last night, he wouldn't be able to play in the all-star game.

I think Doc is gonna use this to bring in Sam I am and give Walker some time too.

Start Eddie at the 2...I think if Doc has the choice to start either House or Pruitt at the 2, he's gonna pick House. Pruitt is a better defender, but I don't think he's earned enough brownie points yet in Doc's book. Plus Eddie plays so much better when all he has to do is get to his spots and shoot. When he's playing the point things just don't go as well. Not to mention that he would be out there with Rondo if he starts and Rondo does a great job of getting people their shots. Pruitt is a better combo guard than House and can do more off the bench backing up Rondo and/or House.

Start Eddie.

If he's cold, let him sit a bit and give Pruitt some burn.

If he gets torched, it's Sam time!
God bless and good night!

I am really curious as to what the actual plan is for Sam Cassell.  They've been very mum on it.  Or at least I haven't heard a peep.

It's not a huge concern, but I'm just curious...Inquiring minds want to know.

My guess goes for eithe Pruitt or Walker if Ray doesn't go tonight. Doc doesn't like to mess with who he has come off the bench and Pruitt and Walker fit the bill for keeping Eddie and whoever else plays guard for us in their roles.
