Sorry for the delay on the pick, I'm considering my options.

You're under no obligation to pick. Take the time you need...

Max,

Just bc he says that doesn't actually mean that he means it.  ;D

Haha, pick's in.

Unfortunately my pick lands at a time I'll be taking my son to the arcade today. I have a no electronics rule while out with my family. I'm sure most of you can relate to the tiny glowing screen rule.

My pick is at 3.5 (pick due at 11:50am) which as of this post is only 4 away. I'd like to send my top 4 player list to some reliable who doesn't have a pick coming up before me.

Worst come to worst I'll send it to the commish if no one steps up.
ok fine

I think it would be advisable to send it to the GC, even if you do send it to someone else.  Better to avoid any future dispute this way.

No need to send it to me too --- in the 6 or so CB drafts (and many fantasy league drafts we've done this same way) i don't know that I can remember another GM who volunteered to take a list -- presumably b/c they have time and will be online -- missing a pick.

Fair enough.

I certainly wasn't suggesting anyone would try any funny business.  I just prefer to cover my bases.  Stuff happens.

Man, it looks like very slim picking in this third round for me.

Everyone that got picked is in my draft board, and that board is slowly getting thin. Better hit a home run in this third...

Nice get with Holiday - considered him pretty strongly late in the 2nd.

With the 10th pick of the 3rd round the Philadelphia 76ers select Nerlens Noel.

Dang. I was hoping the Philly effect would dump him down to me.

So after Rd 3 I have Horford - Parsons - Conley

I think that's an excellent foundation, I'm happy.

Really like the two combo forwards I'm going to start at the 3 and 4 in Aaron Gordon and Jabari Parker. I think both have super star upside. Gordon can take the more difficult match up on defense and help cover up for Jabari's d.

Thoughts on my team so far? I have 3 4ths tomorrow, that should help fill out my roster.

TP to Celts Fan 508 for hooking me up so I could sneak in some family time this afternoon.

Trying to build this roster has been a challenge for me since I inherited Mike Malone as a coach (Was he really the first coach selected?). He definately runs a style I, as a fan, do not enjoy however my job as GM is to get the players to match his coaching style.

Spent a lot of time since taking over Denver watching Mike Malone's teams play from youtube videos. I'm 173% certain I have 0 idea who his protypical point guard would be.
ok fine
