There is this team GSW, check their starting PG. Worth a look.

Kyrie.  Brad has worn out his welcome with me.  This is a team that needs pushed and managed and needs to utilize his youth and rotations better.  No reason some of these guys should be playing long minutes with the playoffs looming.  Rest them up.  And then when guys are sucking he keeps them in and pulls out the hot hands.  He’s a great coach for underachieving prove themselves bums but not for superstars.  He’s clearly out of his league.

All I know is I liked Doc a lot more than I like Brad.

And it seems players respect him more.

Yeah, I mean, Isaiah Thomas, Evan Turner, Jae Crowder, Avery Bradley, Amir Johnson, etc.

So many players who clearly didn't respect Brad and didn't play hard for him.

They were playing to prove themselves.  Every single one of them was a player who felt they were being undervalued.

Rondo clearly didn't respect him.

Brad just doesn't have that kind of cache.  Stars dismiss him.

Rondo didn't respect Carlise also

Rondo is not the best example to use

Horford, IT4, Hayward. ..respect him

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Also let’s not forget how close KD was to coming here, and how excited Kyrie was to play for Brad.

Meanwhile someone list the coaches or authority figures Kyrie has meshed well with.

Not-so-hot take: maybe Kyrie is good at basketball and bad at leading and teammating.

Sure, Rondo doesn't respect dopes or dicks

Horford would play the way any coach asks him

Hayward is Brad's 'guy'

IT4 was just looking for his "Brinks truck".

I would not trust Brad to manage a team led by Kyrie and Davis.  But without that level of talent, we aren't winning a chip.  So yeah, I take the star over the unproven coach.

Lol this will definitely be the thread and comments here for the next 3-4 months:

As for my answer: Brad Stevens

Also can we please first see what actually happens in the playoffs before officially proclaiming the season's a bust and Brad's a "failure"...

Like lets pretend we pull the improbable and make the ECF, or even Finals. Then do we really care what happened in the regular season??

Bad to mediocre coaches, sure.

Above average to very good coaches?

I'm not so sure about that.

Are you saying that Andre Iguadola was better/more important than Steph Curry in the 2015 finals?

Wow. Would you look a terrible that! The majority of those teams had good-elite small guards.

Rondo, Terry & Kidd, Wade, Parker & Curry. Crazy how you need elite talent (of which we have one) to win championships.

Do you believe that all those coaches are equal to or better than Brad, or did they have more talent?
