Man, don't really like him, but props to Ben for handling the post-game press conference. They killed him in the questions lol

He's getting absolutely destroyed on Sixers subreddit and on Libertyballers. Credit to him for not ducking the interviews at least

I always get a kick out of 76ers game threads when they lose in the playoffs.  If you think this board is hard on the C's players and coaching staff after losses, go hop on over to Liberty Ballers.  It makes me thankful that the mods here are on top of things.

Now the love-fest between opponents.

I suspect it's called sportsmanship

There's too much hate in the world as it is to hate people over a sports game. Be as competitive as you like between the lines but at the end of the game you should be able to shake your opponent's hand and say "well played".

Embiid basically nuked Simmons in his presser. You can pretty much guarantee changes are coming in Philly.

Would you mind sharing some details? I missed the presser.

I mean, I'll be honest. I thought the turning point was when we — I don't know how to say it — but I thought the turning point was just we had an open shot and we made one free throw and we missed the other and then they came down and scored..

"We didn't get a good possession on the other end and Trae came back and he made a 3 and then from there down four, it's on me. I turned the ball over and tried to make something happen from the perimeter. But I thought that was the turning point."

Here's Embiid's reaction on video when it happened, I included a screencap. He looked...displeased to say the least

It's strange to think that Philly had the opportunity to draft both Brown and Tatum and could have paired them with Embiid.

No, not indulging in the love fest is called being a competitor.
Stomping your foot on your opponent's center court mascot is bad sportsmanship - big difference.
Connecting being a tough competitor to social issues is a bit ludicrous, no ?

btw, do you just keep an eye out for my posts just to criticize ?

It’s a bummer, of course, that the Cs are nowhere to be found, but it’s great that this “Final Four” is about as open as it’s been for a while.  I guess you’d favour the Bucks, if you had to pick a team, but I could see any of the 4 walking away with the title.
