Feels like either brad is here next year or Kyrie is, not both.

I'd take Kyrie over Brad without even blinking.

Brad is clueless and doesn't know a good game plan from a bad one.

This is twice now (including the final offensive possession in Philly) where he had a timeout to use in the end of the game and didn't even use it.

In this game, when you see how off-kilter our offense is, why wouldn't you call a timeout and instead watch Rozier shoot the ball like a putz?

This game feels like a low point to me.  I know there were worse losses where we just sucked the whole game, but there were so many things that could have been changed to impact pulling this one out.  We were missing Al, Baynes and Gordon, but for most of the game it didn't seem to matter.  There were just a lot of deer in the headlights at the end of this game.

Missed the game. I guess looking at the play by play in the last 5 minutes, I am glad I did.

Strangely they went to Brown today?

Kid scores 22 points three games in a row, very efficiently, and so the team almost refused to go to him in two games. They decide to include him in the offense and efficiently goes for 29.

Ummmm....Brad....keep going to the kid.

Brad Stevens is looking worse and worse as the year goes on

He's not a leader. The coach needs to be someone who leads, motivates, knows the right plays to call at the right time and is very savy when it comes to the grit and grind that is the NBA.

Stevens doesn't have any of these qualities. He looks great when he's coaching an overachieving team but when he has real talent and a championship caliber team under his thumb, he's in over his head.

What sticks out to me is the lack of defense. Tatum's defense on Kemba was just plain awful and admittedly Kyrie's defense isn't anything to write home about either.

You need a coach to preach defense during practice, show film, etc.

Steven's mind is still stuck at Butler.

Hopefully he'll resign during the offseason and we can get an NBA coach with NBA experience (not another college coach.)

Thankfully I missed this game, these earlier weekend games usually suck for me  :-\ I will force myself to watch the DVD for all the mistakes later. But I have a question: who was on the floor when the Hornets went on their 30-5 run? Apparently it happened right after Brown scored a layup to make it 112-94 with 8:21 left in the 4th. Who was on the floor when that run happened?
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

Missed the game. I guess looking at the play by play in the last 5 minutes, I am glad I did.

I only watched only the last 8 minutes with no volume on my phone. We were up by 18 when I turned it on after a nice take by Jaylen going to the rim. Then it was horrible outside jumper after horrible outside jumper by Kyrie, Tatum, Rozier, and Smart while Charlotte seemingly swished every perimeter shot they took.

Man, that was awful.

Waiting for someone to not blame Brad Stevens for letting an 18-point lead collapse with less than 7 minutes to go.

This is probably the worse loss of the season, tied with the infamous 28-point lead Clippers game.

This one might sting even more though because the team is jockeying for playoff positioning, and they blow an 18 point lead in the 4th quarter to a team we have no right losing to. Charlotte went on a 28-5 run to close out the 4th quarter. And Kemba Walker is like a kid in a candy store every time he sees the Celtics.

Kyrie, Tatum, Brown, Morris and Smart.

Then with about 3 minutes left, Smart had 5 fouls so Brad replaced him with Rozier.

Yabusele and Ojeleye also saw very minor minutes during this time.

That's Brad's favourite static "motion offense" with a "versatile lineup"!

Did Brown get fed when Charlotte came roaring back? Or did Brad and his teammates say "that's enough, you can't lead us in scoring"?
