One possibly genuine point of concern: Kyrie seems noticeably slower off the dribble, and is having trouble getting separation.

They need to create some quality looks. Their defense hasn't been bad. Cs just not executing offensively. Just need a couple of solid possessions. I would like to see Morris on the floor to close the game. Seems to be the only wing willing to attack the hoop.

Yeah that has been the case so far this year.  I expect that to get a lot better further into the season.
