This has been a pretty great first round.  Three 5-game series, all of the deciding games (so far) have been decided by one run, tonight's pitching duel.  MLB must be pumped, even if a lot of the big revenue cities have been knocked out.

Actually excited for the World Series now!  No Phillies and no Yankees!

Definitely don't feel as bad about the "juggernaut" Red Sox majorly disappointing.

...and Milwaukee gets a chance to avenge the heartbreak of the `82 NLCS.

Of course, most of them weren't born yet, but roll with the story line.

Wouldn't it be cool if, after the NBA Finals were an '06 rematch with the previous loser getting redemption, the same thing happened in the World Series this year? 

('06 World Series was Cardinals vs Tigers and the Cards won)

actually that would suck since I'm a Brewers fan.  I'm looking forward to taking out the Cards as payback for '82.
