Same thing has been said about Serena Williams.
Kids at my wife's school have made comments about HER size (she's nearly 6ft tall and stacked).
After nearly 20 years of marriage if she's juicing then she's hid it well LOL.
As for Serena AND LeBron? Not even true - about doping.
These threads recur here on CelticsBlog - especially about LeBron - every few months and each time it makes us (one of the most intelligent and diverse Blogs out there) - look SMALL.
I'm not implicating Lebron when I say this - but are you saying you don't think there's any doping in the NBA? Or that we're unintelligent for bringing up the issue in general, or specifically about Lebron?
Unfortunately, in this day and age, I need a better anti-doping policy and a more open conversation about it to feel comfortable believing ANY league with this kind of money involved is truly clean.
I simply believe that LeBron James has been blessed with his size, gifts and skills - just like Shaq, Wilt, Kareem, Sir Charles, Karl Malone, etc, etc...
These players (and some others I'm sure I've left off unintentionally) were simply freaks of their time physically. Freaks to us, but gifted with their size and dimensions and they used this to their (and ours) benefit.
These players - including Lebron) also worked VERY hard to hone those skills.
LeBron has taken advantage of modern medicine and nutrition as well.
I don't believe LeBron James would even RISK doping - with his family (young boys), all of his charitable work, his image, etc, etc, etc - on the line.
Same with Serena.
As for the doping in the NBA? I don't believe there is. I don't believe they'd take that risk.
As for the Blog's intelligence? Off the charts - as I've observed us over the last 10-12 years or so. That doesn't exclude us (even me sometimes) of foolishness.
If LeBron James wore Green and White and had brought us Banners 18, 19 and 20 by now I'd never see a doping allegation about him, at least from US.
