I would like to know the answer on this as well. I sent a PM regarding Current Events status and didn't even get a response.

Query a different moderator.  Mods aren't full-time employees of the Celticsblog Forums, and they are sometimes busy and/or overlook a message.

If they're all ignoring you, well...

What do you think the recourse should be?

We get a ton of queries. Some of them fall through the cracks. Some need to be discussed internally. Others get ignored due to a member's tone or sense of entitlement.

This seems to be pretty common.

It's an internet fan forum. The moderating is done with a commensurate level of diligence.

I suggest you hire a herd of high priced, high powered, and well dressed lawyers and proceed to sue the living bejeezus out of them.  ;D
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

I agree. I have had a similar problem with that, particularly something I think shouldn't be a difficult fix, or at least something with a reasonable answer.

That said, still a well moderated board that is incredible who fans who dont live in the NE area.

Just to be clear, there was no negative intent to my comment, rather what was the best way to handle that situation when no response is received. My message to the moderator had no tone to it, just an inquiry but was never responded to. Felt like sending another message would sound pushy. Suggestion?
