I'm definitely going with Flintstones.

If you asked me when I was 8, I don't know what I would have said, maybe Looney Toons or Super Friends or Fat Albert,  but as an adult I still really appreciate the Flintstones.

Read up on the Flintstones, it was originally a prime time animated sitcom aimed at adults (kind of like a 1960's version of the Simpsons), and a spoof of the Honeymooners.

Outside  of the nostalgia factor, I think you'll struggle to watch more than a couple of episodes of a lot of those old cartoons, but the Flintstones, I wouldn't mind watching that even as a teen or adult.  Something to think about next time you're with a young kid and trying to find a cartoon to put on.  Put on the Flintstones, you'll still enjoy it too.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

I was about to say DBZ, then I read the title...I guess Scooby Doo then...now that I'm older, it's funnier when you watch it

bdm860 made a lot of the points I was going to about the Flintstones. It was definitely in my top 3 back in the day, but I would say it had held up through the years quite well and was my instant choice before even opening the thread.

Obviously Loony Tunes and the Underdog hour of cartoon shorts deserve a big honorable mention.

LOVE Scooby Doo, but I actually liked A Pup Named Scooby Doo more so figured that had to put it out of the running.

I'll just say I didn't like about 4 of them because they are mostly all very good. I love toons from the 90s and back. I will say, some of the better old toons had a lot of racist stuff in them but I liked them before I understood that. I still enjoy them though.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

would have to go with Looney Tunes - pre-politically-correct/violence-removed editting.

Bugs Bunny, just classic.

With you there

After that I'd go with the Flintstones and Jetsons or Scooby

Yup

Scooby Doo was by far my favorite as a little kid, but as an adult I find it painful to watch.

I have to go with Looney Tunes by a wide margin followed by the Flintsones.

Poll has no Danger Mouse (which doesn't make the cut, but I don't care).

For shame.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.
