I thought I’d open a new thread for people to understand how to watch the FIBA World Cup games.

I know the first games (prior to the quarter finals) are on ESPN+, which I’ve never used. I also know people here have mentioned Twitch.

Can someone who’s knowledgeable on this stuff enlighten us? What’s the best way to watch, what does it cost, is it only via a mobile device, and can you download recordings of the games?

Ahh, you're right. I just looked and it says they partnered with NBA for exhibition games. Nothing about official tournament play. Bummer.

not falling for this gouging. I already pay for Cable, why should I pay anything additionally for ESPN just because you add a + to the name? Consumers should unite against corporate greed.
