According to the NBA the awards for this season are based on the season until March, when the season got postponed.

Most awards are pretty straightforward. Although there will be competition from LeBron James and James Harden it will be hard to not give the MVP-award to Giannis Antetokounmpo.

ROY will most definitely go to Ja Morant.

Constructing the All NBA teams (15 players) is probably most interesting, SO LETS VOTE  ;D.

I've pre-selected 40 players and I'm confident that this list represents the guys you consider to be on the All NBA 1st, All NBA 2nd and All NBA 3rd teams. (players that just missed the cut are: Eric Bledsoe, D'Aaron Fox, D'Angelo Russell, Fred VanVleet, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Bogdan Bogdanovic, Danilo Gallinari and Andre Drummond)

You can post your All NBA teams in your post to specify your  All NBA 1st, All NBA 2nd and All NBA 3rd team.

Question: how can you allow to change votes, for instance when you didn't select exactly 15 players or had a change of mind?

Nice list. I got 2 objections though: Butler and AD will probably be classified as Forwards. I mean, Butler was playing at the 3 and AD was playing at the 4. With this in mind,

First Team

G - Luka
G - Harden
F - LeBron*
F - Giannis
C - Jokic

*He's a PG on offense this season, but a SF on defense. I guess he might be classified as a PG, although I doubt it. After all, he was a Forward in the all-star voting.

Second Team

G - CP3
G - Lillard
F - Kawhi
F - Davis
C - Gobert

Third Team

G - Westbrook
G - Beal
F - Butler
F - Tatum
C - Embiid (played only 44 games)

Honorable mentions

Guards: Simmons, Trae, Mitchell, Booker, Kemba, George (he only played 42 games)
Forwards: Middleton, Siakam, Sabonis, Bam
Centers: Meh, nobody. KAT played only 35 games and the Wolves sucked big time.

F - Kawhi Leonard

Third Team

G - Chris Paul
G - Kyle Lowry
F - Khris Middleton
F - Jayson Tatum
C - Bam Adebayo

Remarks:

Because Towns and Embiid both missed over 30% of their games I excluded them as deserving players for such honours, although both would have easily grapped a spot if they hadn't (Towns offensive efficiency is ridiculous and Embiid's effect on defense is immense).

The first team was pretty easy, although the 5th spot between Lillard and Doncic was close. Then my second team is set in stone. I thought Siakam would claim a spot on the third team, but after a hot start he has really dropped off. Some guys on that third team like Paul, Middleton, Tatum and Adebayo probably weren't expected to make All NBA before the season started, but all stats and advanced metrics indicate that it would be well deserved.

The 15th and last player was toughest. I went with Kyle Lowry, because Toronto was the only .600++ team that didn't have a player and it was very close between him and a couple other PG's (Simmons, Walker, Young). Another player that was in the race was Sabonis. I see some people voted for Westbrook, but his bad efficiency limits his overall impact (can't just ignore his mediocre start in Houston). I feel weird leaving out Beal (13th highest PPG this century) and if someone put him on a 3rd team, despite Washington's record I don't really have an argument with that even considering his putrid defense.

Feel like the NBA's talent pool is amazing and that a lot of superb players don't get the attention they deserve. As an extra I made a 4th, 5th and a 6th team:

Fourth Team

G - Kemba Walker
G - Bradley Beal
F - Ben Simmons
F - Karl-Anthony Towns
C - Joel Embiid

Fifth Team

G - Trae Young
G - Devin Booker
F - Paul George
F - Pascal Siakam
C - Domantas Sabonis

Sixth Team

G - Russell Westbrook
G - Jrue Holiday
F - Brandon Ingram
F - Danilo Gallinari
C - Nikola Vucevic
